All ad spend is paid directly to the respective ad platforms (e.g., Google, Meta). Agency management fees are billed separately as per the agreed-upon contract.
While we strive for excellence and use industry-leading strategies, specific results (such as exact ROAS or Search Rankings) cannot be legally guaranteed due to the dynamic and third-party nature of platforms like Google and Meta.
Either party may terminate the services with 30 days written notice to the other party.
